Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1-3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package will then be prepared for shipping. -
Shipping time
New Zealand: 5-10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post.
All shipping times are exclusive of any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked through the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number isn't working
It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking information is still unavailable after several days, the customer service team can be contacted.
