Information about Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;

• On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by email: SUPPORT@veda-nord.com.
You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• For the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and are made according to the individual choice or decision of the consumer;

• For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

• For the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed in the contract, but which can only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:

• For the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery;

• For the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

• For the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal is broken after delivery.
